Orders and Deliveries

  Orders can be faxed, e-mailed or phoned through to the office via
the contact details below.
  Orders must be received no later than Thursday 6 p.m. for the following
week’s deliveries. All deliveries and collections will be on Tuesday’s.

  All deliveries will be despatched as soon as possible on an “Aquallan vehicle” or on a Specialised courier service vehicle. Estimated times of arrival can be requested during the course of the afternoon on the day of delivery.

  All deliveries are free of charge subject to a minimum order of 2 - 4 boxes ( depending on delivery
location ).

Payments / Credits and General Terms

   Payment should be made on delivery or can be made by bacs payment, subject to prior arrangement.
  Cheques should be made payable to : “ Aquallan “.

  All payments must be received within 14 days from date of invoice.
  Longer payment terms maybe negotiable upon request.

  DOA’s or missing items must be notified by midday, the next day, after shipment delivery.
  Photographic proof of DOA's must be provided if requested.
  Unfortunately there are no DOA claims accepted on marine fish, corals or inverts, unless under extreme circumstances.

IMPORTANT: This is a trade only website and no transactions will be made to the general public.  
Proof of trade maybe required.

Please Note :
  Once you have ordered a shipment it is your responsibility to accept it on it’s arrival.
